Stock Processing & Controlling
  • Keeping Stock “live” in the accounting system
  • Receiving deliveries - cross checking goods received against PO / Invoices
  • Keeping check on stock levels
  • Liason with suppliers WRT stock orders nationally
  • Stock Control - Booking in and out on system
Service Administration
  • Back up to the service controller
  • Booking in of walk in repairs
  • Signing off of outgoing machines to be installed - Checklist
  • General order and control of warehouse space
  • Management of the GSPN system - logging and processing Warranty Claims
General Administration
  • Raising SLA's where required
  • Toner / Consumable call in quotes - logging conversion thereof
  • ADHOC quote requests - management of the enquiries info@digital email
  • Ensuring CRM system and all databases are updated with new client information
  • Management of Databases ensuring all information is up to date and live
  • ADHOC Admin / Office Support

 

 Desired Qualification/Education  Matric
 Must have received training in  MS Word & Excel, CRM systems
 Experience

3 – 5 Years hands on experience within a heavy administrative environment

 General

Candidate must be accurate, a problem solver, solution driven and have the ability to multi task and work under pressure. Must be used to working with stock codes. Must have a lively personality and be able to communicate clearly with suppliers. Important part of this role is to maintain the good relationship between the supplier and the company, and to also keep communication strong between the client and the company. Accuracy in logging of warranty claims and to follow though on getting all processed timelessly. Accuracy in ordering stock/stock codes/product codes absolutely essential.
